Antonio is originally from the island of Cozumel in Quintana Roo. His undergraduate degree is in Psychology and he has a Masters in Family and Couples Therapy. After he finished his Masters, Antonio returned to Cozumel where he worked for four years for the municipal child welfare agency (DIF by its initials in Spanish) as the Coordinator for Vulnerable Populations. He currently lives in the city of Cancun and has been working for Red + Posithiva since 2014, in addition to coordinating the project with the CAMY Fund, he provides psychotherapy sessions and coordinates the MediSex clinic, among other tasks.
About himself Antonio says, “I have been a vegan for seven years and have a great culinary appreciation, especially for shellfish. I like to listen to all sorts of music, especially classical. I swim and do yoga regularly. I like movies, especially science fiction. My favorite place is by the sea where I like to be alone or with my friends.”
