Ana has a degree in Psychology, and is a coach for the the Pan American Health Organization’s “Unexpected Adventures Methodology.“
Since 2019 Ana has been the Project Leader for #HablemosDePAE with Acción Joven Honduras; where she is also the Programs Manager.
She has 5 years of experience in coordinating and facilitating projects in favor of Honduran youth and adolescence, and extensive experience in project formulation, resource management and monitoring and evaluation. Currently she is involved in the design and implementation of policy advocacy strategies for sexual and reproductive rights at national and international levels.
Ana has actively participated in The Strategic Group for the Legalization of EC (GEPAE by its initials in Spanish), to achieve legalization and free access to EC, and its incorporation into the Protocol for Comprehensive Care for Victims/Survivors of Sexual Violence.
She participated in the Third Regional Conference on Population and Development (Peru, 2018)and is the focal point in Honduras for the Latin American and Caribbean Youth Alliance.
